A glazed ceramic flat-bottom dripper and a 600 ml borosilicate carafe, sold as one $46 set. Flat-bottom beds are more even and much harder to get wrong than a cone.
A cone dripper rewards a good pour and punishes a bad one. A flat bottom mostly does not care: the bed levels itself, extraction evens out, and the same recipe works whether you pour beautifully or not.
It takes standard 155-size flat-bottom papers. Ours are $9 for 100 and the set includes a starter pack of 20.
The ceramic is dishwasher-safe. The carafe is borosilicate and also dishwasher-safe, but the warranty does not cover breakage from drops — that is the one failure mode we see.
