Huila Reserve — Colombia
$23.00
USDA Organic
A washed Huila from smallholders around Pitalito. Red currant and mandarin over a panela sweetness. USDA Organic certified — one of only two certified organic coffees we sell — and considerably more forgiving to brew than the Ethiopian.
If the Yirgacheffe sounds appealing but you do not want to fuss, buy this instead. It occupies the same shelf — bright, clean, fruit-forward — with a much wider window before it turns sour or flat.
The organic certification here is real and audited, not a sourcing story. It is one of exactly two SKUs in our range that carries it; the other is Nightshift Decaf.
